Once we receive your ashes we aim to complete your order within 7-21 days. The average time being 14 days.
After placing your order you will receive an email with details of how to send the ashes and an address to send them to. We recommend sending the ashes in a secure ziplocked bag clearly labelled with your name and order number.
For security we recommend sending recorded delivery or something similar.
Yes, we can add hair, sand, soil, fabric and other materials to the resin. If you are unsure, please feel free to email us.
Some of our products can be made in 9ct yellow, white or rose gold. If you are interested in having something made in gold email us at ashes2opals@yahoo.com and we will try to help.
We only need 1/4 tsp of ashes to make a piece of jewellery. Any ashes left over will always be safely returned with your finished item.
