Due to the nature of the product, we cannot offer a return unless:
a) the product does not match the order, or
b) the product is faulty

Please make sure you check the details of your order, especially when ordering rings.
Always check you have the correct ring size before ordering. Do not guess your size.
If you select a ring size and it doesn't fit after it is made then we can not accept it back.
However, if we have made a mistake and send you a ring in a different size to what you have ordered then we will be happy to replace it.

Each item of jewellery comes with a 12 month warranty. This covers faulty items. The warranty will not cover general wear and tear of the jewellery such as the wear of gold plated items and scratching of the surface of the resin. If you have any problems you can contact us and in some cases we can offer a repair service.
